Howard began his career as a sound engineer at the BBC, where he eventually managed a multi-million-pound IT budget. Inspired to start his own venture, he launched PHJ Solutions in 1996, which quickly grew into a successful IT support and consultancy business..
Focused on helping SMEs lacking in-house IT resources, he relaunched the company as Keyinsite Consultancy Ltd in 2022 with a client-focused philosophy. Outside of work, Howard enjoys fast cars, boats, and tackling DIY projects in his spare time.

Bal, a graduate in Internet Engineering, has IT experience across corporate and SME projects, including the NHS. As Delivery Manager since 2017, he combines technical skill with calm, friendly service and enjoys learning new technologies in his downtime.
Toby, a former national-level rower, joined Keyinsite as Commercial Manager in 2021. With a background in sales and a passion for sport, he brings drive, discipline, and experience—balancing work with rugby and training at Henley Royal Regatta.
Jonathan Holmes is an Account Executive with experience in SaaS and IT Solutions, previously driving business development and client engagement in his previous role. He focuses on helping organisations improve their processes and deliver value through tailored solutions. Outside work, Jonathan is passionate about rugby, staying active in the gym and socialising with friends, which keeps him grounded and energised in his professional life.
Lee is a Technical Consultant with over 12 years of experience delivering IT infrastructure, cloud, and Microsoft technology solutions for organisations across a variety of sectors. His background spans technical engineering, project delivery, and consultancy, giving him a well-rounded understanding of both business requirements and the technologies that support them.
Specialising in Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, networking, virtualisation, and endpoint management, Lee has successfully delivered projects ranging from cloud migrations and infrastructure upgrades to collaboration platforms and modern workplace solutions. He is passionate about helping organisations adopt technology that improves efficiency, enhances security, and supports long-term business growth.
Alongside his technical expertise, Lee is known for his collaborative approach, clear communication, and commitment to delivering projects with minimal disruption. He enjoys building strong relationships with clients, mentoring colleagues, and continually improving service delivery through practical, well-designed solutions.
A keen learner with a passion for technology, Lee is always looking to expand his knowledge and stay up to date with emerging technologies, ensuring clients benefit from modern, effective, and future-ready IT solutions.

Mr. Zalman has over 15 years of experience in mid-market service delivery management for multiple MSPs and VARs.
